Source: Document uploaded by Shane (2026-02-12). Email from Amir to "Lulu" at Ajax.

Concept: Remote Benchmarking Pilot

  • Invite-only showcase event in California
  • 200-250 players (U13-U15, optional expansion)
  • Nominated through elite regional network
  • Game1 manages full on-site operation, tech deployment, and data processing end-to-end

Objective

  • Remote monitoring and calibration for Ajax
  • Create baseline dataset for remote tracking and longitudinal re-testing
  • Ajax technical team gains visibility and monitors progression without deploying scouts on-site

Deliverables (Ajax Lens)

  • Standardized benchmarking: technical, physical, mental, and game impact metrics
  • Biological maturity indicators: bio-banding insights to control for relative-age and maturation bias
  • Upside profiles: probabilistic future-potential indicators benchmarked against elite academy reference cohorts
  • Outputs: ranked shortlist + full dataset + player cards + dashboard access
  • Based on ML-derived indicators calibrated on 500,000+ longitudinal datapoints from elite European academies

Privacy & Compliance

  • Assessment-only event with explicit parental consent
  • Privacy-first, CCPA/GDPR-aligned data handling
  • No recruiting activity, trials, or contracting discussions on-site

Branding

  • Soft co-branding: Game1 x Ajax international partners
  • Optional involvement of Ajax club network partners (e.g., Grupo Pachuca / Monterey Bay FC)
  • All wording and distribution under Ajax's control and approval

Next Step

  • Ajax Legal/Compliance and Brand to provide feedback on terminology and permitted language
  • Then finalize logistics for California pilot
