Revenue and Pricing

Current Approach

Every new relationship starts with one free trial to demonstrate the product in person. Pricing discussions happen after the trial.

Revenue by Channel

Self-Run Camps

Game1 keeps 100% of revenue.

Ambassador Camps

Ambassador receives a fixed fee per event (amount TBD). Game1 keeps the rest.

Private Trainers

Trainer upcharges their clients by an additional amount (TBD). Game1 keeps all of that upcharge.

Colleges

Two options being considered: - Per ID camp fee (rate TBD) - Yearly platform access fee for unlimited use

Still deciding which model works best.

Clubs

Every situation is unique. Two approaches being considered: - Yearly fee for the club to use Game1 across all teams - Tack on an additional amount to the club's existing yearly player fees

This will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Strategic Pricing Notes

  • Open to offering discounts for high profile clubs (e.g., SJ Earthquakes) in exchange for brand leverage and credibility
  • No set pricing yet for any channel. Everything is in negotiation phase.
