Subject: [Club Name]'s player development + objective data
Hi [Coach/Director Name],
[PERSONALIZATION: mention something specific like a recent tournament result, academy expansion, coaching hire, etc.]
Most evaluation tools measure where a player is today. Game1 models where they're going, accounting for biological age, growth curves, and development trajectory. Each player gets a personalized profile with actionable training recommendations.
We run 90-minute standardized combines for 15 to 20 players. Coaches get objective data to supplement their eye test.
Open to a 15-minute call to see sample outputs?

Follow-Up Sequence¶
Day 3 to 4 (email): Hi [Name], wanted to make sure this landed. Here's a [sample report / 2-min video] showing what the player data looks like. Worth a quick look if you're thinking about development programming for the spring.
Day 7 to 8 (different channel: LinkedIn, DM, or text if you have it): Hey [Name], Shane de Flores here. Sent you a note about Game1's player development testing and thought I'd reach out here too. Happy to chat whenever convenient.
Day 14 (email): Hi [Name], one more thought: we can run a no-cost pilot session for one age group so your staff can see the data firsthand. No commitment. Let me know if that's interesting.
Day 21 (final email): [Name], last note from me. If timing isn't right, totally understand. I'll leave the door open, so feel free to reach out anytime if player development data becomes a priority.
Multi-Channel Notes¶
- Connect on LinkedIn before or alongside email outreach
- If you find their Twitter/X, a genuine reply to a club post before emailing builds familiarity
- Text/DM only if you have a warm-enough signal (they opened emails, replied once, etc.)
