Subject: Objective player data for [School] ID camps
Hi Coach [Last Name],
[PERSONALIZATION: mention their program, like a recent season, a recruit you know, conference results, etc.]
Game1 runs standardized testing (speed, agility, technical skills, small-sided game impact) with predictive modeling that accounts for biological maturity. It adds an objective data layer on top of your staff's evaluation.
For ID camps: players get a personalized development profile (boosts perceived camp value), staff gets standardized data across all attendees, and you get longitudinal tracking if players return.
Worth a quick call to discuss fit with your camp schedule?

Follow-Up Sequence¶
Day 3 to 4 (email): Coach [Last Name], following up. Here's a [sample player profile] showing what attendees would receive. Happy to discuss how it integrates with your camp format.
Day 7 to 8 (different channel: LinkedIn or Twitter/X DM): Coach [Last Name], Shane de Flores here. Sent you an email about adding player development data to [School]'s ID camps. Thought I'd reach out here as well. Happy to chat anytime.
Day 14 (email): Coach, one more thought: we can run Game1 testing at a single camp session as a pilot so your staff can evaluate the data with zero commitment. Let me know if that's interesting.
Day 21 (final email): Coach [Last Name], last note from me on this. If the timing doesn't line up with this year's camps, happy to revisit for next cycle. Door's always open.
Multi-Channel Notes¶
- College coaches are often on Twitter/X, so engage with program posts before cold emailing
- LinkedIn connect requests with a short note can warm things up
- If you have a Stanford connection to the program, lead with that
