Pipeline Strategy Suggestions

Prioritization

With limited time (10 hours/week), focus energy where the highest leverage is.

Top priorities right now: 1. Nail the BUSC trial on 2/16. This is your first Shane-led trial. Make it a case study. 2. Close Mustang SC on a trial date. Warm relationship, your youth club, easy win. 3. Get the three Bay Area trainers (Golden Boot, Mojility, Player One) through their trials. Private trainers are faster sales cycles than clubs.

Stale Leads

Several exploratory leads haven't been touched since September or October 2024: - Marin FC (9/20) - SD Surf (9/20) - De Anza Force (9/20) - Force Soccer Club (10/24)

Recommendation: Do a quick re-engagement check. A simple "hey, circling back" message to see if there's still interest. If no response within two weeks, move to inactive and focus energy elsewhere.

Geographic Strategy

The pipeline is heavily California-focused, which makes sense given the team's networks. But consider: - New York and New Jersey leads (Soccer Stars United, SST) could become the foundation for East Coast expansion, especially with Cory based in NY - Bethesda SC in Maryland is interesting because of the Jeremy Ebobisse connection. Pro player endorsements carry weight.

Speed to Close

The fastest path to revenue right now is probably private trainers. They have: - Shorter decision cycles (one person decides, not a board) - Built in client base to upsell - Lower commitment threshold

Clubs are higher value long term, but trainers can generate cash flow while those deals develop.

Tracking Improvements

Consider adding these data points as the pipeline grows: - Estimated player count per deal (to project revenue) - Expected close date - Deal value estimate - Win/loss reason when deals close or die
